What is the Difference Between the JVF Blending Hammers?

Keco collision kits are sold with two different JVF hammers—lightweight blending hammer and a heavier weight body hammer. Both hammers feature the same length and width and thread styles with a few key differences. The lightweight blue blending hammer features a polished blending hammer head ideal for working on high spots. The hammer’s head is radiused from both axes to ensure strike forces are evenly distrusted. The highly polished finish of the head prevents marring of paint. The larger black body hammer is used for strikes requiring less detail and is often used in combination with the red and blue slappies to evenly distribute the strike forces.
